- Argus reachability from Hyper-V — likely VLAN-isolated; unresolved. Blocks Phase 3 shadow-loop demo path.
- UI-scraping detour — if Rob or Mike raises "teach Claude to watch the Argus UI," redirect to Modbus/API. Only acceptable UI use is read-only telemetry stop-gap.
- Addium/HTH conflict-of-interest — still unresolved. Klutch is an AROYA customer; Argus is an AROYA competitor. Log HTH hours + deliverables separately from AROYA time until COI is formalized.
- Hat bleed — if Rob asks AROYA support questions on a Klutch call, redirect to AROYA channels off-call to keep retainer clock clean.
- Scope creep — Mike's 6/15 list has 6 priorities; 33 hr covers 2. Sequence the rest as "Phase 4+" without committing dates.
